Supervised Reasoning Workflow
Follow a three-step, auditable decision-support process. Each step produces structured outputs (COAs) that are reviewed, cross-analyzed, and finally synthesized under human supervision.
Step 1 — Multi-Agent COA Generation
Purpose: Generate multiple independent Courses of Action (COAs) for the same operational situation.
Output: Several distinct COAs produced by different reasoning agents, enabling comparison under uncertainty.
Best for: Rapid option generation, divergence mapping, and conservative starting baselines.
Step 2 — Cross-Posture Analysis
Purpose: Analyze how different analytical postures interpret the same Step 1 outputs (Procedural / Systemic / Adversarial).
Output: Convergences, divergences, blind spots, and prioritized uncertainties — without re-analyzing the field situation.
Best for: Glass-box review, bias exposure, and reasoning-quality comparison.
Step 3 — Supervised Synthesis & Decision Support
Purpose: Produce a supervised synthesis that evaluates the reasoning quality across Step 2 analyses and selects a defensible priority COA.
Output: A structured recommendation with decision thresholds, explicit uncertainties, and human-gated next steps.
Best for: Auditable decision support, conservative action under uncertainty, and mission-tailored gating.
